What is a Cycle Park?

A cycle park provides access to all off-road cycling disciplines in a safe and managed environment. This park will cater for all skill levels and all age groups, from toddlers to professional cyclists.

We want people to get outside, get active and enjoy themselves in the countryside!!

The park will include:

Whether you are learning to ride or a world
champion, the park will have something to
offer you!

If you are not a cyclist then you will be able to enjoy refreshments, whilst appreciating the Lincolnshire
Wolds, in our state of the art, environmentally friendly visitor centre and cafe.

As well as a café it will include a bike shop and bike hire station. E-bikes as well as analogue mountain bikes will be available for hire.

An onsite classroom facility will be used for cycling tuition and will also be available to hire.

Why the Lincolnshire Wolds?

The Wolds are ideally suited to off-road cycling as the undulating slopes provide interesting and challenging riding.

You can’t have a good mountain
bike park on flat ground!

The site has been chosen because it nestles in a fold in the Wolds and incorporates a large area of woodland.

Trails will be constructed using soil on site and further planting of wild grasses, flowers and trees will help ensure the project has a biodiversity net gain!
